Discover
Discovery process is to identify how a solution can fit in based on customer's needs. This is an in-depth interview session and can be thought of like a personal assistant who is noting down everything you desire to be built
Design
This is the engine where the information shared during Discovery sessions is fed into. Design runs in parallel with Discovery and the outcome is to produce a workable design which is agreed upon as a deliverable by you.
Deliver
Once the engine is started and the approval process pushes the pedal starting the development of the design and making your needs as a reality. Deliverables are given in chunks following Agile process and you will have plenty of opportunities to provide feedback and change the course if needed.
